  • Priority Shipping

All orders are insured and protected against loss or theft until the courier marks them as “Delivered.”

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to most locations within the United States.
We cannot deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Remote or non-mainland U.S. territories

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • For insured shipments, a Certificate of Loss from the courier must be provided within 48 hours of the recorded delivery to file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier unless covered under Insured Priority Shipping.

Failed or Uncollected Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your package and it’s returned to us:

  • You may request re-delivery (shipping fees apply), or
  • A refund minus a 15 % restocking fee will be issued.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times are normally 7–14 business days, but in some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days, depending on your location, courier capacity, or external factors:

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within few hours to 2–6 business days.
2. Average delivery takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Disclaimer:
1. Once a package has been shipped, it is the courier’s responsibility to complete delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier backlogs, or other external factors beyond our control.

2. We always provide tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress in real time.

3. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact our Customer Support Team — we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Duties:

All international orders are shipped duty unpaid and untaxed (DDU).
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or other local fees imposed by their country.
