10.4 Processing time: few hours to 2–6 business days. Delivery time: 7-14 working days, sometimes up to 4 weeks.
10.5 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carriers, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

10.7 Customers must arrange re-delivery or collection if the courier’s first attempt fails. Uncollected packages returned to us will incur a 15% restocking fee.

11.1 Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation, provided processing has not started.
11.2 A 15% cancellation fee applies if you cancel within this period.
11.3 Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Returns must follow Section 12.
11.4 Cancellations due to delays (processing longer than 3 days or transit longer than 10 days) or based on external reviews/social media are not accepted.
12.1 You may return products within 30 days of delivery (exceptions apply for hygiene products).
12.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
12.3 Customers must provide reason and clear photo/video evidence of the product and packaging before authorization.
12.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked service is required.
12.5 Refunds:
(a) Full refunds are processed within 3–5 business days upon approval.
(b) Partial refunds/goodwill refunds may be offered in certain cases.
(c) A 15% restocking fee applies to packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to non-collection.
13.1.1 Orders that are marked as “Delivered” by the courier shall be deemed final.
13.1.2 Customers are responsible for verifying delivery by checking with neighbors, household members, and common delivery spots.
13.1.3 In cases of non-receipt, a Certificate of Loss must be obtained from the courier or postal service and submitted to us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery.
13.1.4 Claims submitted without a valid Certificate of Loss will not be accepted.
13.2.1 Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defective or incorrect product.
13.2.2 Upon approval, the customer will receive a free replacement of the same product or an equivalent product at our discretion.
The following are not considered quality defects and therefore do not qualify for free returns, full refunds, or replacements:
13.4.1 Customers must first contact the courier to attempt re-delivery of the order.
13.4.2 If re-delivery is unsuccessful, a replacement may be arranged upon payment of 30% of the original order value to cover reshipment costs.
13.4.3 Refused or uncollected packages that are returned to us will be refunded minus a 15% handling fee.
13.5.1 Lost package claims will be investigated promptly with the courier.
13.5.2 If a package is confirmed as lost, a replacement will be provided free of charge.
13.6.1 Customers must use tracked shipping methods when returning products to our international warehouse located in Asia.
13.6.2 If a return package remains in customs for more than 15 days, our Customer Support Team will reach out to assist with next steps.
